この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、okojo（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「サマタゲ・サマターゲ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、必ずお読みください。
1. 適用
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関わる運営者とユーザーの間のすべての関係に適用されます。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 利用資格
本アプリはiOS端末向けに提供されます。対応OSバージョンについてはApp Storeの説明ページをご確認ください。TrueDepth対応カメラ（フロントカメラ）を搭載したデバイスで視線トラッキング機能を利用できます。
3. 禁止事項
ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改ざん
- 本アプリを通じた有害なコンテンツの配布または送信
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 虚偽情報によるバグ報告や問い合わせ
- その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為
4. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権・商標権・その他の知的財産権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約に基づくライセンスは、本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的目的で使用する限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可の権利を付与するものであり、いかなる知的財産権の譲渡も意味しません。
5. カメラ・TrueDepth APIの使用
本アプリはAppleのTrueDepth APIを使用して視線トラッキング機能を提供しています。カメラへのアクセスはこの機能のためのみに使用され、取得したデータはデバイス上でリアルタイムに処理されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（データの損失、デバイスへの影響など）について、故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。また、本アプリは医療・健康管理目的には使用できません。
7. サービス変更・終了
運営者は、予告なく本アプリの内容変更、機能追加・削除、または提供終了を行うことがあります。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. 規約改定
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更については本アプリ内でも通知します。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app "samatage・samata-ge" ("the App") provided by okojo ("we" / "the developer"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is designed for iOS devices. Please refer to the App Store listing for supported OS versions. The gaze-tracking feature requires a device with a TrueDepth (front-facing) camera.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Distribute or transmit harmful content through the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
- Submit false or misleading bug reports or inquiries
- Engage in any activity the developer deems inappropriate
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to the developer or their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Camera and TrueDepth API
The App uses Apple's TrueDepth API to provide gaze-tracking functionality. Camera access is used solely for this purpose, and all data is processed on-device in real time. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages (including data loss or device impact) arising from your use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The App is not intended for medical or health-management purposes.
7. Service Changes and Termination
The developer may, without notice, modify, add, remove features from, or discontinue the App. The developer is not liable for any loss caused by such changes.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. We will also notify you of significant changes within the App.

1. 적용
본 약관은 본 앱의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 사용자 사이의 모든 관계에 적용됩니다. 사용자는 본 앱을 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. 이용 자격
본 앱은 iOS 기기용으로 제공됩니다. 지원 OS 버전은 App Store 설명 페이지를 참고해 주십시오. TrueDepth 카메라(전면 카메라)를 탑재한 기기에서 시선 추적 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 금지 사항
사용자는 본 앱 이용 시 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법령 또는 공서양속에 위반하는 행위
- 본 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 역컴파일, 변조
- 본 앱을 통한 유해 콘텐츠 배포 또는 전송
- 본 앱의 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 허위 정보를 이용한 버그 신고 또는 문의
- 기타 운영자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위
4. 지식재산권
본 앱에 관한 저작권·상표권·기타 지식재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 본 약관에 따른 라이선스는 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 사용하는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가의 권리를 부여하는 것이며, 지식재산권의 양도를 의미하지 않습니다.
5. 카메라 및 TrueDepth API 사용
본 앱은 Apple의 TrueDepth API를 사용하여 시선 추적 기능을 제공합니다. 카메라 접근은 이 기능에만 사용되며, 취득한 데이터는 기기에서 실시간으로 처리됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 보호정책을 확인해 주십시오.
6. 면책 사항
본 앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 본 앱 이용으로 인해 발생한 손해(데이터 손실, 기기 영향 등)에 대해 고의 또는 중과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 본 앱은 의료·건강 관리 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
7. 서비스 변경·종료
운영자는 예고 없이 본 앱의 내용 변경, 기능 추가·삭제, 또는 제공 종료를 할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 사용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 준거법·관할
본 약관은 일본법에 준거합니다. 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁에 대해서는 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심의 전속적 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.
9. 약관 개정
운영자는 필요에 따라 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정된 약관은 본 페이지에 게재된 시점부터 효력을 발생합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 본 앱 내에서도 알려드립니다.
